Suhey Peppers are sliced peppers with varying degrees of heat that we steep in olive oil with garlic and spices based on a legendary recipe perfected by our grandma, Ginger Suhey.
The Original Peppers are a few degrees less spicy than most "medium" salsas. The delicious olive oil that's left in the jar when the peppers are finished can be used in cooking, drizzled on salads or roast veggies, or used as a dipping sauce.
